SHIPPING & TRACKING

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped by DHL EXPRESS within 3 working days upon confirmation of payment, from Bali, Indonesia. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received. You will be emailed your tracking number once your item has been shipped. which will provide a full tracking.

Please Note: Taxes and duties are not applicable to the shipping rate provided by VOYAGE the Label. Any taxes or duties incurred at the destination country are at the expense of the delivery recipient.

RETURNS

Gift Cards and sale items from sale section are final sales and non-returnable. All items must be returned in their original and unused condition. Items should be unused with original tags. All items must be shipped back within 15 days after they are received. With limited exceptions, returns are refunded in the form of online store credit redeemable at hello@voyagethelabel. We do not refund the original shipping charges. Please be aware they vary between $30 - $40 Exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping cost for the new item is on us. If you would like to receive your new item faster return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return, we strongly advise to ship with full tracking.
